Sara Page hosted Erika and me at her home last night at we started to edit the application to EWB national for the 3rd Street Alliance Program to be submitted to EWB national. We took away some questions for our regional EWB representative and questions for the 3rd Street Alliance. The draft document is posted on the share site.

This is a great start. At the Exec Committee, we discussed that it would be helpful to have an informal discussion very soon about 3SA with one of the EWB-USA project managers. 3SA is somewhat atypical relative to more prevalent, developing world programs. EWB-USA may encourage us to manage this as local outreach without going through the TAC. We wish to consider that anyway to reserve option for a 2nd intl program later in the year (Current EWB-USA hold on second programs). Feedback for national might guide a decision.
